When you sign an agreement and buy a license you are offered a free start package which includes a training program. As the customer, you can decide if we come to you or you to us. All training is adapted to the individual needs of the customer. For those customers who want to start immediately it’s no problem. Our products are easy to use.
If you have a problem we offer direct assistance by telephone without having to wait, by chat which can be found in the system, or by e-post. We will guide you as much as necessary free of charge. The person you talk to know the system 100 percent and you won’t have to wait or be redirected.
The support is open week days 08.00- 16.30.
As a customer you are both an important part of our team as well as developing our products. Customers are therefore invited twice a year for a meeting, where new versions and up-dates are presented, but most importantly is the open discussion together with us and other users at our workshops.
